We have improved our system both behind the scenes and in its appearance.

On the server side, we have refined the management of organizations, workflow models, and document processing — Ordalie Workflows are currently in closed beta.

→ All tables now feature an “Export to CSV” button.

You may notice that PDF data extraction and LaTeX conversion are faster and more reliable, thanks to improved model handling and fallback options. Additionally, our OCR is now more efficient.

On the backend, we have also deepened the integration of Mistral’s LLMs.

On your screen, numerous interface adjustments: icons have been updated, CSV export is now available on all tables, and improvements have been made to chat messages and document management. We have also added security information and visual feedback in key areas.

  • Citations now show up clearer—no more confusing source details.
  • Document editing got a facelift with a sleeker layout, better tag handling, and smoother toolbar interactions.

We’ve also tuned up performance and stability behind the scenes so everything feels a bit snappier.

  • Our AI has leveled up: document generation now works with more context and multiple languages, and we've added a new reasoning agent for sharper, more coherent output.
  • Document editing got a boost too—tracking changes is smoother thanks to improved HTML parsing.
  • On the UI front, the AI writing modal in the editor looks better and flows more naturally. Dark mode and layouts have also been tweaked for a cleaner, more responsive experience 😌.
  • Along the way we tidied up a few oddities, so you'll notice less of those pesky glitches. ⚙️

Vault searches now have a bit more breathing room—long queries won’t cut off too soon. We even switched on a backup plan to help parse those tricky DOCX files.

On the front, we refreshed footer links and contact info, and gave our UI a little polish for smoother organization. Comments in vault documents should now show perfectly—fixing display quirks and even capturing the complete selection with author info. 🪐

We also flipped maintenance mode on, making sure everything runs as it should, and tackled a few minor bugs you probably won't notice. 🦊

Magic link emails now come with a cleaner look and consistent email matching so you can log in without the fuss. We’re tracking your consent during account creation too, making everything more straightforward.

  • Search highlights get a makeover for better clarity, and our Vault Explorer now glides smoother with improved tab navigation and dark mode styling.
  • Vault downloads, tags display, and comments now feel more on point with enhanced handling.

Improved handling of comments and document exports:

  • Comments now load more reliably with correct author and date info.
  • Generating .docx files with comments works better (now even supporting docx 07).
  • Tidy fixes: comment grouping and selection issues have been smoothed out.
  • Vault document downloads now come with the right file extension 🧩.

Also, we cleaned up printing logs and error handling so things just work (you won’t even notice). 🤹‍♂️

  • We polished our document output and editing – your files now load and display with fewer hiccups.
  • Updated translations bring a fun, celebratory twist, while interface tweaks mean buttons and prompts feel more natural.
  • Our analysis view got a boost, now handling rate limits more elegantly.

We also bundled up a few behind‑the‑scenes improvements you probably won't notice, but we know you'll appreciate the overall smoother ride.

  • We’ve polished the layout—no more double submits or missing buttons, and spacing feels much more natural.
  • The homepage now sports a clickable logo for quicker access.
  • Behind the scenes, we improved how we highlight key information and boosted our language detection for our Beta notaries. 🦚

We've made conversation and dictaphone interactions smoother – now with speech-to-text support and a snazzier audio waveform during recordings 🧩.
